Stocking Full Job Description Multi-Site Housekeeper Job Description General Description:

The Housekeeper position exists to ensure that TableRock Residential Communities are operated consistently to the same high standard, in the daily upkeep of the Community's vacant apartments, common areas, vestibules, hallways, public restrooms, model apartments and clubhouses. This is a multi-site position working at eight (8) residential apartment communities in Homedale, Caldwell, Nampa, Kuna, and Boise, Idaho. Must have reliable personal auto/truck transportation Must have and maintain a valid Drivers Licence Must have and maintain valid and verifiable auto/truck personal liability insurance on the vehicle used Responsibilities /

Essential Functions:

Professionally clean and maintain TableRock properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind Aid the management team with other various tasks require Responsible for meticulous upkeep of the Community's vacant apartments, common areas, vestibules, hallways, public restrooms, model apartments and clubhouses Remove trash from office areas Deliver communication documentation to residents Adhere to safety, security and maintenance policies, directives, and activities Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or on-site Community Manager Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready Understand the company's policy on schedules, resident possessions, and privacy concerns Restocking of general supplies Report property damage or areas of concern to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager Perform day-to-day housekeeping of community common areas and restrooms Respond to resident and employer requests with a positive attitude Follow established company safety guidelines and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service roles
• Knowledge of sanitization techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning and maintaining facilities
• Proficiency in floor care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, and buffing
• Understanding of custodial duties and responsibilities
• Capability to perform residential cleaning tasks efficiently Education /

Experience Requirements:
