GED Full Job Description Housekeeper Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at West Chicago Living and Rehab Center Llc. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, ensuring a healthy and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain patient and resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces Restock supplies and linens as needed Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing patient and resident clothing and linens Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, as well as stand and walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to maintain a high level of patience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of infection control and sanitation procedures High school diploma or equivalent required; prior housekeeping experience preferred
