Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and restocking supplies Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Restock amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and other guest essentials to enhance guest satisfaction Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold facility standards Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain overall facility excellence Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred; hotel experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (mopping, polishing), carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale or commercial settings Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of custodial procedures and housekeeping management practices is advantageous Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
