Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold cleanliness standards and address any special requests from guests. Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices to maintain common areas and facilities in top condition. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to ensure uninterrupted service. Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding room cleanliness or amenities. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with housekeeping management practices. Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
