As an Experienced Cleaning Technician at Dust to Glory LLC, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, detailed cleaning services with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer care. We are seeking individuals who already have professional cleaning experience and understand industry standards, time management, and attention to detail. Technicians work both independently and with a team, following Dust to Glory's proven systems, procedures, and quality expectations to deliver a consistently excellent clean.

Your primary duties will include:

Vacuuming & mopping floors with efficiency and precision Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens to a high standard Emptying trash and recycling bins Ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and client-ready Moving, dusting, and wiping under objects on countertops and shelves Tidying general areas and making beds

Demonstrate and uphold Dust to Glory's mission, vision, and values Follow established cleaning systems, procedures, and safety protocols Apply prior cleaning experience to maintain speed and quality standards Properly use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Uphold strict client privacy, non-solicitation, and confidentiality policies Read and follow client-specific notes, forms, and checklists accurately Work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail Communicate professionally with clients and team members Attend company meetings and training as needed Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude throughout the workday Respect and protect client homes and belongings Practice safe and responsible product usage Document and report any damages, concerns, or unusual conditions immediately

Requirements:

1+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience (preferred) Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance Comfortable using a smartphone with a data plan for work purposes Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and efficiency standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must pass background and reference checks (if requested) Ability to read and communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs Able to maintain a steady, productive pace throughout shifts Availability to work primarily between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility to extend beyond scheduled hours as needed to complete jobs to company standards Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month as part of a rotating weekend cleaning schedule Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accountability Positive attitude and professional work ethic Comfortable working around pets
