Performs cleaning duties in all guest rooms in the allowed average time of 30 minutes. Changing and refreshing linens and supplies. Vacuum, Sweep, Mop, Dust and Sanitizing all areas of the room and bathroom. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed per company and Hilton Standards. Responds timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, toiletries, extra towels, etc. Report all maintenance concerns to your supervisor or maintenance. Assist in the laundry room when needed.
