Aspire Senior Living Platte City, a premier resident-focused care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility, while also assisting with laundry services. We offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we are committed to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing, to ensure patients' personal items are clean and pressed Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed Assist with housekeeping duties, such as emptying trash, replacing liners, and cleaning bathrooms Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
