Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of our facilities. As a vital leader within our hospitality or commercial environment, you will manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and deliver exceptional service to our guests or clients. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team culture, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Mandatory to have at least three years or more of experience as a housekeeper of a hotel. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and customer service practices Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity and team cohesion Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, safety regulations, and quality standards Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and laundry services Implement best practices for industrial cleaning and custodial operations across various environments including commercial spaces or hospitality settings Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning Prior supervisory or team management experience in a housekeeping or custodial setting Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and management of cleaning & sanitation processes Exceptional communication skills suited for managerial interactions with staff and clients Customer service orientation with the ability to address guest or client needs promptly and professionally Experience with laundry operations and hospitality environments is preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Lead Housekeeper where your leadership will inspire excellence in cleanliness and service!
