This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or residential cleaning, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas of the facility Maintain floors through sweeping and mopping Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards clean linen and change beds Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs as needed Support facilities maintenance activities including custodial upkeep and minor repairs Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning operations Ensure all work areas are kept organized, stocked with supplies, and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Experience with industrial or facilities maintenance is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Able to work in the mornings from 10 am and work needs completed by 3 pm Able to work mornings to afternoon This position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
