Kelsi's Cleaning Services, LLC is an established cleaning company serving both residential and commercial properties , and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our team!

Office Location:

Fawn Grove, PA Starting Pay:

$15.50-$17.50/hour, depending on experience

Expected Hours:

Approximately 25-35 hours per week

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday Arrival is approximately 7:45-8:00 AM , and most days are finished between 3:30-5:00 PM , depending on the cleaning schedule. Pay is based on time spent cleaning in the homes/properties. Weekly travel time is paid.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented cleaners to help maintain our residential and commercial properties. You'll work as part of our team to provide clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our clients.

Duties may include:

Dusting and wiping surfaces Vacuuming and mopping Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Sanitizing surfaces Following client-specific cleaning instructions Properly using cleaning products and equipment Reporting maintenance concerns or safety hazards Providing friendly and professional customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but NOT required — we provide paid training! We're looking for someone who is: ✔Dependable and punctual ✔Detail-oriented - Friendly and respectful ✔Able to work independently and with a team ✔Able to manage time efficiently ✔ Comfortable with bending, lifting, standing, and physical cleaning tasks ✔ Ready to work and be part of an easygoing team environment
