Cleaning Team Lead Full-Time Position Kelsi's Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and experienced individual to join our team as a Cleaning Team Lead. This position is responsible for leading a cleaning crew throughout the day, maintaining our cleaning standards, communicating with the office, and making sure each job is completed properly and on schedule. Schedule Monday through Friday Start time is approximately 7:45-8:00 AM Typically finished between 3:30-5:00 PM No evenings or weekends Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise a cleaning team throughout the workday Make sure all assigned homes and businesses are completed properly Assign cleaning responsibilities to team members Check completed work before leaving each property Maintain Kelsi's Cleaning Services cleaning standards Keep the team on schedule and moving efficiently throughout the day Communicate with the office regarding scheduling, clients, employees, or problems that arise Follow client-specific instructions and make sure the team follows them Train and assist new employees Provide guidance and feedback to team members when needed Make sure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and maintained Report low supplies, damaged equipment, or other issues to management Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients Handle client concerns professionally and report them to management when necessary Make sure company vehicles are kept clean and treated properly Complete residential and commercial cleaning alongside the team Make sure properties are properly secured when leaving Be responsible for keys, codes, and other client information provided for the workday Team Lead Requirements Must be dependable and punctual Must have strong leadership and communication skills Must be able to manage a team and keep employees on task Must have excellent attention to detail Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be respectful of clients, their homes, and their belongings Must be able to handle problems calmly and professionally Must be willing to give direction and correct issues when necessary Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday Must follow all company policies and procedures Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred Our office is located in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania. Pay:
