Part-Time House Cleaner (W-2) —

Wauwatosa, WI + nearby (travel to client homes)

Job Type:

Part-time (W-2 employee)

Pay:

$20-$25/hour (based on experience) + tips

Schedule:

Weekdays only (no weekends). Start at 2-3 days/week, up to 8 hours/day (typically 2-3 cleans/day). Wednesdays are included; other days can be set/consistent. The Role We're hiring a cleaner who can start by working alongside the owner and quickly grow into independent/solo cleans once trained. What You'll Do Perform residential cleanings (standard/deep style cleans depending on the home) Follow a checklist and quality standards (we'll train you) Deliver detailed results (baseboards, corners, fixtures—yes, we notice) Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients Work efficiently across multiple cleans per day (once fully trained)

Schedule & Growth Start:

2-3 days/week, up to 8 hours/day Weekdays only (no Saturday/Sunday) Wednesdays are included; other weekday(s) can be set/consistent As the schedule fills, this role can grow toward Monday-Friday availability

Long-term:
