Full Job Description Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments -
Skills and Knowledge:
Communication skills (listening, feedback, presentation) Computer skills: complex spreadsheets and powerful yet simple presentations Teambuilding and the ability to work through others to accomplish tasks Basic human psychology Management and coaching skills Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements and guidelines necessary to operate a raw processing facility and an understanding of HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs In-depth knowledge of facility operations, people, products, equipment, and procedures
