Production and Support Teams Key Responsibilities:

Ensure food safety, quality and legality. Computer Skills a Must have Data Entry Organized, communication skills, and punctuality A Must Scan and prepare product for shipment Responsible for freezer maintenance Palletize product from production and outside sources Assist in other departmental areas as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments; ability to work in all weather conditions; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work in cold temperatures (usually 0-45 degrees Fahrenheit)

Skills and Knowledge:

Oral communication Good character Basic knowledge of process tracking Adherence to Company policies and standards Forklift and pallet jack training and certification A Plus Advanced knowledge of departmental areas and procedures Knowledge of GMPs, dress code, and safety rules
