We are hiring a Ground Beef Production Associate to join our Ground Beef Department. No prior meat-processing experience? No problem—we provide training for the right candidate. What You'll Do

• Operate grinding, mixing, and packaging equipment safely
• Inspect raw beef materials for quality and USDA compliance
• Monitor product weights, temperatures, and labeling
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Follow food safety, quality assurance, and USDA procedures
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Report equipment or safety concerns
• Assist with other duties as needed What We're Looking For
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused individuals
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs
• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards
