This is a great role for someone who enjoys staying productive, takes pride in keeping things organized, and likes a mix of behind-the-scenes production work and working with customers.

Typical schedule:

approximately 10 AM-5 PM, with some flexibility depending on store needs. What You'll Be Responsible For A major part of this role is making sure the store is fully stocked and ready for business. You'll take ownership of our daytime production, including: Making Cold Stone ice cream Preparing cakes, cupcakes, waffle products, and other store items Keeping production levels and inventory stocked Monitoring ingredients and supplies so we don't run out of key products Preparing and placing truck/vendor orders Receiving and organizing deliveries Keeping production, storage, freezer, and back-of-house areas organized and clean You'll also work as part of the regular store team and help wherever needed, including: Greeting and helping customers Making customized ice cream creations Operating the register and handling transactions accurately Restocking the front of the store Cleaning and maintaining the store Supporting teammates during busy periods What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable and comfortable taking ownership of their area. You should be able to work independently, stay organized, and recognize what needs to be done without constantly being directed. Food service or production experience is helpful, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important. Compensation $17.13
