Part-Time Weekend Activity Aide Copper Ridge Health & Rehab Copper Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Weekend Activity Aide to join our team. If you enjoy working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences that enhance quality of life, we'd love to hear from you. Position Summary The Activity Aide assists in planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for our residents. This role helps promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being while creating a positive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Assist with resident activities, events, and outings Encourage resident participation and engagement Help set up and clean up activity areas Support individualized and group activities Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment during activities Qualifications Positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, or healthcare is preferred but not required Schedule Part-Time Weekend availability required Compensation $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Non-Union Position Why Join Copper Ridge Health & Rehab?
