Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently in assigned location/ region Ability to travel via personal vehicle or AWARE vehicle to client or service area Experience leading and instructing participants in gaining life skills Experience in planning and leading recreational activities Implements interventions that are sensitive to the client age, cultural background, stage of development, limitations of disabling conditions, skill and experience level. Role model by demonstrating and engaging in activities alongside client to help promote positive lifestyle skills Assist TRPD in creating protocols for interventions that include short term goals and criteria for assignment Observe client response to intervention to verbally communicate and collaborate with TRPD and treatment team members Document outcomes of the intervention in EHR per policy to provide evidence for TRPD needed for evaluation of TR program effectiveness. At time of transition or discharge, provides TRPD with client information to assist in formulating a transition/ discharge plan. Benefits

Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities: High School Diploma or HSE is required, along with past employment experience. Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Montana Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record. Must have an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
