We are seeking a Full-Time Wellness Assistant to support wellness programming, fitness activities, and special events that enhance the quality of life for our residents. What You'll Be Doing Assist with organizing and leading fitness classes, wellness programs, and community events for residents. Support resident fitness assessments and help coordinate individualized wellness activities under the direction of the Wellness Coordinator. Orient residents to fitness equipment, wellness spaces, and aquatic facilities while promoting safe participation. Provide instruction and encouragement for wellness activities including fitness training, aquatic exercise, and other physical activities. Build positive relationships with residents while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting an active community lifestyle.

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.10 / hr

DOE About You:

Experience in fitness, recreation, physical therapy, wellness, personal training, or a related field. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in recreation, physical fitness, physical education, personal training, or a related field preferred. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications; Lifeguard certification preferred. Knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and safe activity practices.
