This is also a retail store where there will be hobby craft items for sale. Be prepared to share your interests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and more. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols. Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, rotating supplies, and assisting with ordering processes. Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and reconciling daily sales. Supervise other operations, ensuring quick service delivery in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service. Train new team members on beverage handling, customer interaction, POS operation, and safety standards. Contribute to team leadership by supervising staff, supporting kitchen management, and fostering a positive work environment. Experience Barista experience is preferred. Some management or some college is preferred. Any job that required serious professionalism and high quality service. Familiarity with POS systems. Experience with inventory control, food safety management, and managing customers is advantageous. Communication skills. Strong math skills for cash reconciliation and profit analysis is required. Passion for business and non- profit affiliations with a desire to grow into a managerial role through training & development programs.
