• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, food preparation standards, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and closing procedures.
• Hire, train, coach, supervise, and develop crew members, leads, and assistant managers while addressing performance issues as needed.
• Control labor, food, beverage, and supply costs through effective scheduling, inventory management, ordering, waste control, and operational follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, food safety requirements, security practices, OSHA standards, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee cash management, POS system administration, register audits, safe audits, bank deposit preparation, revenue reconciliation, and invoice review.
• Resolve customer complaints and incidents while maintaining high guest satisfaction, service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant inspection standards. Compensation and Benefits

  $56,000 to $65,000 per year.
