Job Overview BurgerFi is looking for an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead our high-volume location . If you have a passion for guest service, team leadership, and running a top-performing restaurant, we want to hear from you! Duties Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced, high-volume BurgerFi location Lead and develop a team of 20+ employees Drive sales & profitability through strong operations and upselling strategies Maintain top-tier food quality & customer satisfaction Handle scheduling, training, and inventory management Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of restaurant GM experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred)
- Strong leadership & ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience increasing sales & managing costs
- Hands-on, guest-first mindset
