Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food quality, and customer satisfaction Supervise daily shift activities, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with food safety regulations Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards; oversee kitchen operations and food safety protocols Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and interviewing skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management, profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and food production processes Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills; capable of managing shift operations efficiently while motivating staff Background in managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer service excellence and food industry standards Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences!
