Key Responsibilities Profitability:

Take full accountability for restaurant P&L, actively managing financial outcomes and driving sales through excellent guest service and operations.

People Leadership:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and recognition programs to build a talented and enthusiastic team.

Operations Management:

Qualifications and Skills Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED; college preferred. 1-2 years of restaurant management experience with strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
