ASSISTANT MANAGER

Marco Island, Florida | Full-Time | Restaurant Management We are looking for an experienced, motivated Assistant Manager to join our restaurant leadership team. This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys hospitality, leads by example, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest and employee experience.

Description:

Support the General Manager and Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations. Lead and supervise employees during assigned shifts. Maintain a strong, visible management presence on the restaurant floor. Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Help train, coach, and develop team members. Monitor employee attendance, performance, appearance, and adherence to company standards. Assist with scheduling and staffing needs. Ensure restaurant cleanliness, organization, safety, and service standards are maintained. Assist with inventory, cash handling, POS procedures, and operational controls. Ensure employees follow company policies and applicable food safety and sanitation requirements. Communicate operational, employee, and guest concerns to the appropriate manager. Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Excellent guest-service skills. Ability to coach and hold employees accountable. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak seasonal periods.
