Job Description

Bar Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service Develop and implement beverage menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection Train, supervise, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain high standards of service Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Plan and execute promotional events to increase member satisfaction and engagement Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Organize and coordinate vintners for wine dinners
Skills and Qualifications:
Three years or more proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of mixology, beverages, and current industry trends Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and financial reports Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Associate degree or higher in hospitality management or related field Strong wine knowledge preferred We offer a vibrant work environment, opportunities for growth, and a chance to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences.
