We're searching for a dynamic, quick-learning Restaurant Manager to bring their experience and passion for service to our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Managing Partner and lead a dedicated team that prioritizes people and results. Employee Management:

Onboarding, coaching, and hiring new team members.

Policy Enforcement:

Upholding and consistently enforcing company policies and procedures with professionalism.

Professional Demeanor:

Maintaining a polished image and welcoming attitude toward guests and staff alike.

Effective Communication:

Collaborating with the management team and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Leadership Presence:

Actively managing shifts and providing strong leadership on the floor.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing inventory control and ordering supplies.

Scheduling:

Creating and managing staff schedules to meet business needs.

Guest Interaction:

Engaging with guests to enhance their experience.

Customer Service Excellence:

Delivering outstanding service and ensuring food quality and timely delivery. Support for

Management:

Assisting the Managing Partner in various tasks as needed.

POS Management:

Experience with Square is a plus!

Reporting:

Generating and analyzing reports as needed.

Labor and Cost Management:

Overseeing labor costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Qualifications Food handler manager certification (or the ability to obtain it quickly) Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience Minimum of 2 years of Kitchen experience preferred Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Willingness to commit to a 50-55 hour work week Additional Qualities We Seek Strong leadership and communication skills High energy and enthusiasm Friendly and approachable demeanor Outgoing personality Dependable and reliable Team oriented mindset Bilingual is a plus!!
