Job Description
Restaurant General Manager - Cabos Mexican Restaurant Cabos Mexican Restaurant in Buford, GA, is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop our team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in employee scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, labor and food cost control, and restaurant operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems is required. Candidates must be able to obtain the necessary alcohol service certification, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, resolve operational challenges, and create a positive, professional work environment. Previous management experience in a full-service restaurant is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. We are looking for a responsible, hands-on leader committed to teamwork, operational efficiency, and restaurant profitability.
