What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant while creating an environment where both team members and guests thrive.

Responsibilities include:

Lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. Coach, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns. Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members. Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and food cost management. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure company standards are followed. Lead shifts with confidence while creating a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment. Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
