Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift management. Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality consistency. Utilize Square POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies. Train new team members on food handling, safety procedures, POS operation, and customer service excellence. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols. Support kitchen management by supervising food production. Experience Proven experience in quick service or restaurant environments with a strong background customer service. Bartending and Serving experience. Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry Familiarity with Square POS is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster team development. Knowledge of food safety management practices Excellent communication skills This job does require night and weekend availability!

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
