We are QSR, so no servers or waitresses allowing to operate with a smaller more efficient staff size. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high-quality standards. Manage POS system for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Supervise kitchen management, food production, and catering services to meet customer expectations and operational goals. Train, develop, and mentor staff on food service management, customer service excellence, team leadership, and safety protocols. Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Analyze profit and loss statements to optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards. Experience Pizza making experience required! Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or food industry settings with a focus on team management and staff training. Extensive knowledge of POS systems along with cash handling procedures. Experience managing inventory control, food safety programs, and budgeting processes within a restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, conduct interviews, and foster a positive work environment. Familiarity with fine dining or banquet experience is a plus; catering experience is also desirable. Excellent communication skills in managerial roles with the ability to handle customer service issues effectively.
