General Manager TimeMission is an imaginative adventure and fun time for everyone. We're an immersive game company where teams of players collect points by solving life-size, quick challenges in several dozen different immersive spaces themed to a time travel experience: physical, intellectual, coordination, speed.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Complete responsibility for the profitability and the day-to-day operation of the entire TimeMission facility with a strong focus on Safety, Guest Satisfaction, Team Member Training/Development, Revenue Growth and Cost Control. The General Manager must be proficient in facility operations and procedures.
WORK SCHEDULE
The work schedule for exempt (salaried) positions is based on a minimum of 50 hours per week on-site, however, you must have a flexible schedule and be readily available to assist for longer hours when needed. Work schedule includes every weekend. Bookings may demand working any weekday shifts or holidays. The GM is required to be available 24/7 via cellular phone (including weekends and holidays) while not at the facility.
Employee Handbook:
Prior to being assigned to the position, a complete understanding of the Team Member Guidebook is necessary since the person holding the position will be subjected to these rules and regulations. Essential Job Functions Maintain a strict safety program that ensures the safety of our guests and our team members. Create weekly employee schedules and coverage to match reservations and anticipated customer traffic. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand standards and consistent with company core values. Resolve guest complaints and concerns and determine the most effective solutions. Track and response to guest satisfaction scores/reviews and work to increase guest satisfaction. Ensure that phones are answered within 3 rings and with proper phone etiquette. Create specific, achievable, and timely action plans to remedy guest service deficiencies. Participate in ambassadorship and other activities related to interacting with guests on an individual level, thus creating a relationship that will result in repeat visits. Perform basic bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting audits and deposits. Courteously and accurately answer inquiries from potential guests and book reservations. Greet guests immediately upon arrival; register and assign walk-in guests to game bookings. Handle reservations and contracts for large parties and coordinated bookings for food & beverage with our restaurant partner. Ensure the entire facility is properly maintained in regards to cleanliness and appearance. Take action to portals operating correctly. Conduct regular operational checks of each game room technology and coordinate troubleshooting with technical support. Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times. Perform other duties as requested by management. Complete the vast majority of your managerial duties while working the front desk. Work Environment and Context Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crouching. Must be able to speak with various types of guests in a professional manner. Must be able to handle courteous problem resolution in occasionally high stress situations and perform well under pressure with large groups of guests at the same time. Must be able to multi-task and to work independently. Must have professional attire and appearance at all times Candidate should have: At least 3 years of hotel, restaurant, club Front Desk or similar manager experience. Excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and service recovery skills. High degree of comfort learning computer systems.

$70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year plus bonuses/incentives of up to additional 10% of salary.
