Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant/Assistant Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and precision. As a key player in our restaurant team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards, and inspire staff to achieve their best. Duties Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to foster a high-performing team Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and resolving guest concerns promptly Monitor shift management activities to optimize labor costs and operational efficiency Conduct regular food production checks and oversee kitchen management to uphold quality standards Experience Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership and staff training responsibilities Strong background in food service management, including food safety protocols and inventory control Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Experience in managing hospitality teams within the food industry, including catering or banquet settings preferred Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, training & development, and leadership Ability to perform basic math for budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and inventory management Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-quality food and outstanding customer experiences.
