As a key leader, you will oversee the final shift operations, ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, and guarantee a smooth transition to closing procedures. Duties Lead and supervise the closing shift team, ensuring all staff adhere to operational policies and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality and safety standards Manage inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering, and recording supplies using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash management duties accurately, including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing end-of-day reports Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant during closing hours Conduct staff training and coaching on food production, customer service, safety procedures, and POS system usage Perform shift management responsibilities such as scheduling, supervising team members, and resolving operational issues efficiently Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant environments Knowledge of food safety management practices and health regulations applicable to the food industry Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory control and cash handling tasks Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, and customer interactions Previous experience managing hospitality teams or supervising kitchen operations is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle shift management responsibilities effectively Join us as a Closing Manager to lead with energy, ensure operational excellence, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
