Job Overview We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new Captain D's location! We are seeking energetic and motivated managers to join us as we deliver exceptional seafood experiences. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to outstanding guest service, food quality, and hospitality excellence. Paid positions are available for all roles, including entry-level and experienced candidates. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Take and process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Assist with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities Manage cash handling, processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately Support food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food storage procedures Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast casual or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and cash handling Experience in food safety, sanitation, and food preparation standards Prior experience in roles such as shift manager, assistant manager, and general manager Join us at Captain D's as we prepare to serve our community delicious seafood in a lively, welcoming environment.
