- Paid Time Off Restaurant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities
- General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Lead all daily front and back of house operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and uphold service standards
- Manage P&L, labor, food cost, beverage cost, and controllable expenses
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, ordering, and financial performance
- Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence and local marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
