5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership Current experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control Experience with training and mentoring Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities Servant and hands-on leadership style

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Past experience in a culinary role Extensive wine knowledge Experience working for an independent restaurant Experience with Toast
