Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management to ensure high performance Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Supervise food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between teams and optimal customer service levels Assist with budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and cost control initiatives to maximize restaurant profitability Support staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a skilled hospitality team Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations Hands-on experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with team leadership responsibilities Knowledge of food safety management, kitchen operations, and food production standards Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage conflict resolution Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis for restaurant environments Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is preferred; catering or banquet experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service Join us as an Assistant Manager - Restaurant and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
