Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing paperwork
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers
• Help create and implement strategies to improve sales and market presence
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
