Description Borderland Co-op is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Whitewood Dairy Queen. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in recruitment, training and development and performance management.

What youll do:

• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor staff performance
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory

Who you are:

Possess 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant environment, including supervisory or management experience. High level of integrity and accountability.
