We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and elevate the Dos Olivos experience.

Job Summary:

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team success. You ll be the driving force behind delivering our vision of outstanding food, fine wines, and unparalleled service. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in restaurant management, a love for great food and wine, and a commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:

Oversee daily operations, including front- and back-of-house activities, ensuring seamless service and high standards of food and wine quality.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.

Guest Experience:

Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Financial Performance:

Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through effective inventory management, labor scheduling, and strategic promotions.

Wine Program Oversight:

Collaborate with our staff to maintain and enhance our wine offerings, ensuring alignment with our culinary vision.

Vendor Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of ingredients.

Community Engagement:

Represent Dos Olivos Market in the Buda community, fostering partnerships and promoting the restaurant through local events and marketing initiatives.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience, with at least 1 year as a General Manager in a full-service dining establishment.

Proven track record of driving profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Strong knowledge of wine and food pairings, with a passion for culinary arts.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and financial reporting tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with ease.

Salary:

$55,000 + UNCAPPED Monthly BonusUp to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus !!!The sign-on bonus will be paid in two parts. The first half is paid after the 90-day probation period, and the second half after 6 months of employment. The employee must remain in good standing at all times.
