We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join their growing team! Position Overview As the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You'll take ownership of the restaurant's performance — from staff training and food quality to customer satisfaction and profitability — while helping represent a homegrown Texas brand that takes pride in serving its community. What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations Recruit, train, and develop an engaged, high-performing team Deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain top-notch service standards Manage budgets, monitor food and labor costs, and control inventory Oversee catering operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales within the community Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (QSR or fast casual preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to manage food production, customer service, and operational details Solid understanding of cost control and financial performance metrics Energetic and hands-on approach — able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs What's in It for You Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance and paid time off 401(k) plan with company match Opportunity to grow with a locally owned Texas business that values its people and its customers
