Twin City Lanes / Zachary's Pizza - Barre, VT Twin City Lanes and Zachary's Pizza are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager who knows how to lead from the line, build a strong team, and keep a busy kitchen moving. We're not looking for someone who wants to stand on the sidelines and tell everyone else what to do.

It's about making the people around you better. What You'll DoYou'll work alongside our Kitchen Manager and restaurant leadership team to:

• Lead shifts and keep the kitchen organized, clean, and moving
• Work the line and set the standard for speed, quality, and consistency
• Train and develop cooks instead of simply correcting them
• Help newer employees build confidence and become stronger at their positions
• Hold people accountable while treating them with respect
• Help with prep, ordering, inventory, food safety, and kitchen organization
• Maintain recipe, portion, and presentation standards
• Help control waste and labor
• Help create a kitchen people actually want to work in
