Responsibilities Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Oversee inventory control, food safety management, and adherence to health regulations to maintain compliance and minimize waste. Supervise daily shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, POS system operations (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and ensuring smooth service flow. Train, develop, and mentor staff on food handling, customer service excellence, food production techniques, and safety protocols. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Implement staff training programs focused on team leadership, managerial communication, and operational standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by supervising kitchen management practices and ensuring food safety standards are met consistently. Conduct interviews for new team members and participate in hiring processes to build a motivated hospitality team aligned with our service standards. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all restaurant departments. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in managing hospitality teams effectively. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Strong understanding of food safety management practices and food handling procedures. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within a restaurant setting. Excellent communication skills for managing staff training sessions and managerial communication tasks. Ability to oversee kitchen management including food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary standards. Familiarity with casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Basic math skills for financial calculations; proficiency in managing shift schedules and operational workflows. Leadership qualities that motivate teams through effective training & development initiatives; previous assistant manager experience is advantageous. Pay:
