Team Leader Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations Lead shifts, open and/or close, and act as key holder Assist in training new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team Keep team members accountable to Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant Count drawers and finalize the day Guest Experience Offer immediate and respectful response to Guests' needs Be a friendly, encouraging team player Communicate clearly, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:
