Shift Supervisor (Fast Food)

Job Summary:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and leading team members to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Holder Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during a shift Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Assist with training new employees and coaching existing staff Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management Ensure proper cash handling and register operations Maintain a safe and productive work environment Report any maintenance or operational issues to the store manager

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment Standing for long periods and some lifting may be required
