Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during your shift while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Supervise and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance performance and teamwork. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring all menu items are prepared accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with safety standards. Oversee cash handling procedures and manage the safe. Monitor inventory levels and control food costs through effective inventory management practices. Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations and company policies. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their experience. Run effective shifts by running speed with service, managing labor costs, and ensuring operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with team leadership responsibilities. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards a plus. Excellent communication skills for managing staff and engaging with customers effectively. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory counting, and financial reporting. Must be able to pass a background check and have a reliable means to get to and from work at all hours of the day and night. Pay:
