Job Description
Manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC is looking for a night shift manager to oversee overall night shift operations. This person will be responsible for the following: 1. Provide overall leadership to all departments. Directly oversee night shift department leaders. 2. Assist with all HR functions including employee terminations & coachings 3. Enforcing all company policies 4. Be involved and aware of all production goals. Drive production and provide problem solving skills when issues arise. 5. Oversee training for all night shift employees and develop a plan to ensure all training is completed. 6. Models professional and respectful demeanor when communicating with associates, peers, and other leadership personnel. 7. Promotes and provides a safe working philosophy.
