Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Pizza Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and managing staff effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills within a fast-paced casual dining setting. Responsibilities Assist the management team in supervising daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth workflow Support food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and safety regulations Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Train and develop staff on food safety, customer service, kitchen procedures, and POS usage Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all areas of operation Contribute to profit and loss analysis by monitoring sales, costs, and operational efficiency Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on pizza or casual dining Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in the food industry is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage hospitality teams Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety management is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer service issues professionally Join us to be part of a lively team where your leadership can make a real difference!
