Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food delivery. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Supervise daily restaurant operations including inventory control, food management, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Train new staff members on food safety procedures, customer service protocols, and operational tasks to foster a skilled team. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and positivity to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor shift performance, conduct briefings, and communicate managerial updates effectively to ensure seamless service flow. Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Proven supervisory or team management experience within the hospitality or food industry. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Familiarity with food safety management practices and food handling regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash transactions and inventory counts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff, manage conflicts, and lead teams confidently.
