What You'll Do:

As a Shift Lead, you'll take charge of your shift and ensure everything runs as smoothly as freshly made cookie dough: Lead with

Purpose:

Delegate tasks and inspire the team to deliver top-notch customer service.

Be Hands-On:

Master all Crumbl roles and step in where needed to keep things running seamlessly.

Coach & Motivate:

Train, mentor, and encourage team members to embody the Crumbl Way.

Problem-Solve:

Handle customer and team concerns with grace and professionalism.

Keep It Spotless:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually inviting.

Stay Savvy:

Monitor staffing, troubleshoot tech issues with Crumbl Corporate, and manage store resources.

Drive Results:

Support the store in meeting key metrics like labor and food cost margins.

Build Culture:

Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace.

What We're Looking For:

18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience supervising and running shifts. Strong skills in communication, leadership, delegation, and conflict resolution. A commitment to outstanding customer service and team support. Perks of the
